Her customer service goes above and beyond. She invited us to her home so that we could see and touch all of the different products before committing to a purchase. Her response to emails and phone calls is usually within hours or even minutes. We are very happy with the products and that we had found Vicki at the Changing Pad to help us get started with cloth diapering. I would definitely recommend her and her business for all your cloth diapering needs.

She is quick to answer e-mail questions and always fills my orders promptly. She is local for me so I like that she allows me to pick-up my orders instead of waiting for and paying the cost of shipping. Even though I make some of my own diapers I will still buy from her in the future.

Vicki was very quick to respond when I needed to exchange my items and helped me (beyond the degree necessary) try to find a color match for the item. When the exchange color was still wrong, she was still willing to exchange yet again. Customer service was great and communication excellent. I was impressed with her desire to resolve my problem (which was essentially just a color matching issue). I absolutely recommend this seller and hope to do business with her again in the future!

Then she followed up on my order to make sure it was completely going to work for me. Very professional, helpful, knowledgable and she efficiently handled my order today, on Sunday. She didn't wait for business hours on Monday to attend to my questions or order. I believe that the products I recieve will be outstanding - I am sure she would only offer the best since she herself was incredible!

I called Vicki and she invited us to her home the day before she was scheduled to have surgery and took the time to go through all the choices and help us decide. I have worked with one other retailer with much disappointment. Vicki spent over an hour e-mailing me back and forth to help me place and order the day after coming back from her surgery. She has been nothing but kind and helpful. We won't be using anyone else for our cloth diapering supplies again!

 "I received my package in a very timely manner.  My 6 year old son has already worn the HH trainers on two nights.  At first he didn't want to wear them at all saying they looked way too big.   The second night he was more agreeable and slept with two inserts and kept the bed completely dry.  "I'm all done with diapers!" my son said to me proudly... the next morning. I was so proud too.  I'm thankful that I don't have to keep buying packages of Pull-ups every month for his wetting.  This gives me some relief instead of trying to hurry him on in sleeping through the night dry, when he really doesn't have the control over that.  Now his wetting doesn't get more expensive.  We bought what we needed, and as long as he needs them, that is fine.  Thank you for your help, prompt answers to everything, and desire to make this work for us."   -Kristi in WI
